Sessions are offered for guidance purposes only. What you decide to do with the information given, including any actions you take, are your own personal responsibility and choice. Do not regard any issues discussed or questions answered as psychological, medical, financial, legal or business fact. You have been advised that licensing is NOT available for EFT® Life Coaching; therefore, it is not covered by insurance.
It is your personal responsibility to seek LICENSED medical attention for ALL medical or mental health conditions and addiction treatment.

What is your Guarantee?
Sessions are NOT a guarantee of any specific result.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or you are responsible for the session fee.
When do Sessions Expire?
The Single, as well as all Bundle sessions, expire 6 months (24-week window) from original purchase date. Please keep this in mind when purchasing and scheduling sessions. In the event of medical necessity, your session's expiry will gladly be extended according to your physician's recommendation.
What is your Refund Policy?
NO REFUND for any purchase is offered for ANY reason including if you decide not to attend OR you attend a session or sessions and are dissatisfied with practitioner, presentation, or content. This is a time- & service-based (as opposed to product-based) purchase. Refer to the disclaimer/liability release above, as service is NOT a guarantee of result.
What are your Privacy Policies?
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be disclosed or made public. Your name and date of session may be used for private business accounting purposes.
Personal and/or business information supplied by clients during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to any third party unless legally required by law to prevent harm to the client or someone else.
RISKS OF CONFIDENTIALITY
While the utmost precaution is always taken, the use of technology may not always be secure. There may be risks to confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, and any other technology.
